Community First Responders Training on Water Safety for Lay Rescuers of Victoria, Northern Samar. Participants are the Barangay Officials, Barangay Health Workers and MDRRMO Personnel. Training was conducted at Spice Beach Resort last July 29 - August 2, 2024.
