The training aims to equip Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office personnel across the province with essential knowledge on how to protect and manage deceased bodies after armed conflict.
Insightful lectures were discussed by Mr. Eyad Al Hakeem, ICRC Forensic Specialist who shed light on the Protection and Management of the Deceased and Forensic Human Identification and Ms. Liz Guzman, ICRC General Forensic Field Officer who discussed Humanitarian Forensic Action to the participants.
