Happy birthday to one of the PGNS source of pride and inspiration, our newly appointed Provincial Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer, Mr. Jhon Allen Berbon!
While relatively new, the Northern Samar PEDIPO was recently conferred the Presidential Recognition as Outstanding Development Partner for Improving Business Climate, the only province to receive the award in the entire Eastern Visayas.
Mr. Berbon has just also successfully hurdled the 4-stage Career Executive Service (CES) process, crucial to progress through his CES Eligibility status, a testament to his capabilities and dedication to public service.
During his term as Provincial Information Officer, the Northern Samar PIO was also twice named as Outstanding Public Information Office in Region 8.
