Meet our 3 new doctors from the PGNS Medical Scholar Program: Dr. Nathalie Christine D. Legion from Catarman, Dr. Lorvenna Jonna A. Sorallo from Rosario, and Dr. Juneica Midel O. Eulin from Lavezares
Earlier today, January 31, 2024, the Provincial Government of Northern Samar through the Sangguniang Panlalawigan commended the 3 new doctors for their outstanding achievement in the 2023 Physician Licensure Examination. They constitute the second batch of successful examinees supported by the Provincial Government through the Medical Scholarship Program.
In recognition of their potential to help enhance the delivery of public health services, the Provincial Government has employed the 3 newly-licensed doctors who have already started service at our public hospital this January 2024.
Through the PGNS Medical Scholarship Program, the Provincial Government under the leadership of Governor Edwin Ongchuan, is proud to contribute to the development of healthcare professionals who will make valuable contributions to the health and well-being of our community.
First implemented in 2020, the program has now produced 4 doctors and continues to support the medical study of 17 other medical scholars in Northern Samar.
