Ruel L. Jarito Appointed as PHRMDO Department Head

The Provincial Government congratulates 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐋. 𝐉𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨 on his appointment as department head of the Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office (PHRMDO)!

Today, June 22, 2026, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan concurred Governor Harris Ongchuan's appointment of Mr. Jarito as Provincial Government Department Head of the PHRMDO.

Mr. Jarito served as Officer-in-Charge of the PHRMDO since February 2025. He brings with him a wealth of experience in public service, having also served as Municipal Administrator of LGU Silvino Lubos prior his stint in the Provincial Government. A juris doctor, having earned a degree in Bachelor of Laws from the University of Eastern Philippines, and with 16 years of experience in the national legislative service, Mr. Jarito is confident of his capacity to lead the PHRMDO, committing to uphold professionalism, integrity and continued professional development of the PGNS human resources.

As he takes on this new leadership role, the Provincial Government of Northern Samar wishes him success in advancing a responsive, efficient, and people-centered human resource management. May his vision and leadership inspire excellence and professionalism in the public sector.
