Another farm-to-market road in Northern Samar, the Provincial Government has recently completed the construction of a 737-meter Farm-to-Market Road from Simora-Palapag Road to Brgy. Cagdarao, Laoang.
The road features 230-millimeter-depth and 6.10-meter-wide portland cement concrete pavement, offering a durable road surface suitable for heavy vehicles. It is also complete with reinforced concrete pipe culverts, wingwall, apron, and slope protection, creating a drainage feature to manage water flow and protect the infrastructure from erosion.
Ensuring that the road adheres to established infrastructure standards, the Provincial Government Inspectorate Team ked by the Provincial Engineering Office, conducted a final inspection of the project yesterday, March 12, 2026.
Through infrastructure development, the Provincial Government hopes to connect communities, provide convenient transportation, and facilitate the transportation of agricultural products in Northern Samar.
