Four-year-old Emilia, granddaughter of Governor Edwin Ongchuan, gifts kids with toys, foodstuff and other goodies, as she marked her 4th birthday in Catarman, during the culmination of the Children’s Month celebration at the Capitol Gym on December 17, 2024.

With Emilia in making fellow kids happy were her parents, Atty. Felicci and Mr. Marco Javelosa, grandmom Ms. Bles and Governor Ongchuan.
