Dr. Raymund Arcega highlights the value of education in sustaining a community’s achievements and innovations, for which end, a community college would best serve

In an inspiring talk with Provincial Government heads and key personnel, Dr. Raymund Arcega commended the Provincial Government and its officials for aspiring to set up its own community college which he said will help sustain the province’s gains and innovations.

This endeavor requires the commitment to public service excellence by Provincial Government leaders which is the best legacy they can make while in government service.

Dr. Arcega who served as resource speaker in the lecture on Public Service: A Call and a Commitment cum Orientation on the Establishing a Community College is the President of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa and is also the President of the Association of Local Colleges and Universities and President/Executive Director of the Local Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation. An accomplished and dedicated educator, it was his first time in Northern Samar on July 22, 2024.
