To apply, please submit the following requirements:
For First Year applicants:
1. Accomplished PGNS NSP Application Form with passport-size photo and school ID or any government-issued ID. The application form is available at the PGNS NSP Secretariat through Ms. Amelita Noroña, Office of the Provincial Administrator
2. Certificate of Live Birth issued by PSA
3. Notice of Admission to the nursing program
4. Certified true copy of grades (Form 138/SHS Report Card) and Diploma
5. Certificate of General Weighted Average
6. Income Tax Return (ITR) of the Parents for the immediately preceding year, or the tax exemption certificate, or any proof of income of parents. For indigents, Certificate of Indigency issued by the MSWDO where the applicant’s parents reside
7. Medical Certificate issued by a government physician within the last 3 months prior to the application
8. Drug Test Result issued by a government-accredited drug testing center within the last 3 months prior application
9. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal or Dean of the College where the applicant last attended
10. Certificate of Residency issued by the barangay where applicant is a resident, or national ID issued by PSA; and
11. Voter’s certificate issued by COMELEC
For Second (2nd), Third (3rd), Fourth (4th) Year or Review applicants, they must submit:
1. All the above-mentioned requirements. In lieu of the notice of admission, the Certificate of registration or any proof of enrolment.
2. Certified true copy of grades of all subjects taken in the nursing degree program
Applicants (1st year to 4th year) must not be more than 30 years old upon application, and must not be more than 45 years old for nursing graduates applying for review classes. Only Nortehanons are eligible for the scholarship.
An attractive scholarship benefit package awaits those who will be admitted to the program. PGNS nursing scholars may enjoy up to P138,000 scholarship benefit per year.


First to Fourth Year Benefits:
1. Tuition and other school fees – up to Php 15,000.00 per semester which shall be paid by the Provincial Government directly to the school where the scholar is enrolled
2. Related Learning Experience (RLE) fees – up to Php 15,000.00 per semester, which shall be paid also to the school
3. Stipend (living subsidy, board, transportation, and miscellaneous expenses) – Php 35,000.00 per semester which shall be released to the scholar
4. Book Allowance and Nursing Paraphernalia – Php 5,000.00 per year, which shall be released to the scholar
5. Uniform Allowance of Php 3,000.00 per year, which shall be released to the scholar
During the scholar’s Third Year Affiliation (Summer Class) conducted outside of the province, he or she will be entitled to:
1. Related Learning Experience (RLE) fees – up to Php 15,000.00 during the summer class, which shall be paid by the Provincial Government directly to the school where the scholar is enrolled
2. Stipend (living subsidy, board, transportation, and miscellaneous expenses) – Php 35,000.00 during the summer class, which shall be released to the scholar
Review Classes for the Nursing Licensure Examination
1. Review fees of up to Php 20,000 which shall be paid to the review school
2. Stipend of Php 40,000 for the entire duration of the review which will be released to the scholar
