Governor Edwin Ongchuan takes time to personally thank and congratulate Northern Samar Public Employment Service Office (NSPESO) for consistently making it to the Best PESO Award in the entire Eastern Visayas. Initially recognized in 2016 as Best PESO and almost every year thereafter, the Province of Northern Samar has again been recognized as Best PESO in the Region, Provincial Category, for year 2022. The province was also awarded for its exemplary performance in career guidance advocacy program for year 2022, its latest addition to the Best PESO and Best PEIS User Award.
NSPESO team led by its manager-designate, Mr. Maurice de Guia, presented to the Governor the awards received by the Provincial Government from DOLE 8 and the Bureau of Local Employment during the recently held Regional PESO Congress.
