Today, December 29, 2021, the Provincial Government recognized and showcased top performing youth leaders and organizations in the province thru the SIKLAB Awards.

Mayor Clarence Dato, in his message to the awardees, acknowledged the power of the youth to impact positively on the lives of the people, not just the youth. "Recognizing those who turn their creative juices to great programs is commendable. May this inspire you to continue your service to better the lives of the public," he said.

SIKLAB Awards is an annual search for outstanding youth leaders and organizations in Northern Samar, aimed to inspire others to work hard for the empowerment, increased participation and governance of the youth in the province. The program is spearheaded by the Provincial Youth Development Office thru Mr. Jhon Allen Berbon.
