The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Catarman, in partnership with the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO), honored outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) councils, Top Performing SK Chairpersons and officers, and other youth-led initiatives addressing community challenges and highlighting the significant role of the youth as beacons of hope and development.
The event, dubbed as Sirak Awards, recognized the outstanding contributions of the youth sector in the municipality, underscoring the importance of active youth engagement in community-building.
