Annual General Membership Assembly of NORSAMELCO member-consumers set on November 9, 2024

The Northern Samar Electric Cooperative (NORSAMELCO) has announced the 29th Annual General Membership Assembly on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 1:00PM at the Capitol Gym, Brgy. Dalakit, Catarman.  

The activity is open to all member-consumer-owners (MCOs) under NORSAMELCO’S Branch Office I consisting of the towns of Catarman, Lope de Vega, Mondragon, San Roque, Silvino Lubos, Bobon, San Jose, Rosario, and Biri. Member-consumers from other areas may still participate online or physically. Registration will start at 9:00AM until 12 noon.  

The AGMA is a significant forum to discuss power concerns and updates.  According to NORSAMELCO, the agenda of the 29th AGMA includes: Proposed Amendments to NORSAMELCO’s Articles of Incorporation; Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) Plan and Budget; Appeal to NGCP to fast track the construction of transmission loop from Calbayog to Allen.   

Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) from the mentioned 9 towns are encouraged to participate in this once-in-a-year forum.  

Registrants will have the chance to win raffle prizes.  They are advised to bring valid ID and latest bill to be able to join the raffle.
