31st Kauswagan Caravan to bring services to the farthest Pacific town of the province - Lapinig


The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, various national line government agencies, non government organizations and private sector groups are set to bring essential services to more than a thousand families from the Barangays of Alang-Alang, Can Maria, Can Omanito, Pio Del Pilar, Potong Del Norte, and Potong Del Sur, all in the municipality of Lapinig, Northern Samar within this week.

A Stakeholders' Preparatory Meeting was held today, November 11, 2024, at the Sumuroy Hall, Capitol Building, to discuss the whereabouts of the upcoming 31st Kauswagan Caravan. Partner stakeholders committed to offer an array of services such as free medical consultation, food packs, school supplies, veterinary care, circumcision, legal and career counseling, civil and government registrations, and other basic and essential services.

The Kauswagan Caravan has been instrumental in bringing the government and its services closer to the people, ensuring that the needs of the underserved areas, especially the grassroots communities in the province are served 
The 31st Kauswagan Caravan is set to happen on November 14, 2024 at Potong Del Norte, Lapinig, Northern Samar.
