The Provincial Government has recently completed the construction of a 2-storey Evacuation Center in Barangay San Antonio, Biri, Northern Samar.
Located in a small island along the perilous San Bernardino Strait, the people of Brgy. San Antonio are constantly exposed to typhoons and other weather disturbances.
The completion of the P2.2 million project underscores the Provincial Government’s commitment to bolstering infrastructure in the province, while also promoting resilience, risk reduction and disaster preparedness.
