Aiming for safer communities, the Provincial Government provided road visibility by successfully installing Solar Street Lights in Barangay Kinabranan 1 in the municipality of Allen.
The project, which amounted to P4.9 million pesos, includes 50 units of Solar Street Lights that illuminated the road of Brgy. Kinabranan 1. On March 20, 2024, the Provincial Inspectorate Team ensured that all the units are properly installed, functional, and compliant to the project design and specifications.
Under the leadership of governor Edwin Ongchuan, the installation is one of the provincial government’s visionary efforts of achieving resiliency by promoting road safety and security for the road users and general public in Northern Samar.
