The Provincial Government of Northern Samar continues to take the lead in enhancing access roads across the province to stimulate economic growth and ensure the efficient movement of people, agricultural products, and essential social and basic services.
Demonstrating this ongoing commitment, the Provincial Government has recently completed the rehabilitation of the Palapag-Magsaysay-Marasbaras Provincial Road in Palapag, Northern Samar. The project involved the reblocking of Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, which entailed the removal and replacement of approximately 860 linear meters of damaged concrete pavement.
This reblocking initiative aimed to address significant pavement deterioration and improve the overall durability and accessibility of the road, thereby benefiting all Nortehanons who rely on this critical infrastructure.
On July 15, 2025, the Provincial Government Inspectorate Team conducted the final inspection of the completed project to ensure full compliance with established infrastructure and engineering standards.
The successful completion of this road rehabilitation project stands as a clear testament to the Provincial Government’s unwavering dedication to infrastructure development as a catalyst for sustainable progress and inclusive economic advancement in Northern Samar.
