Governor Edwin Ongchuan enjoyed light-hearted moments with his fellow Local Chief Executives and officials both before and after the presentation of the 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance on December 9, 2024.

During the event, Governor Ongchuan engaged in conversations with Governor Sharee Anne Tan of Samar, Governor Damian Mercado of Southern Leyte, and other esteemed executives from Eastern Visayas.

Moreover, Governor Ongchuan had a brief exchange with Quirino Governor Dakila “Dax” Cua, the National President of ULAP, and La Paz Abra Mayor Joseph Sto. Niño "JB" Bernos, who is the LMP National President.

In a memorable moment, Governor Ongchuan was captured in a photograph alongside Governor Edwin Jubahib of Davao del Norte and Mayor Jose Nelson "Tata" Sala Sr. of the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur. They were proudly displaying the dummy cheque for the SGLG Incentives.
